Michelle Good, CTB, has extensive experience in operational excellence and customer experience management, currently serving as Operational Excellence Manager at Tucker Company Worldwide since August 2017, following roles as Manager, Customer Experience, Account Manager II, and Sales Account Manager. Prior to Tucker Company, Michelle held the position of Director of Sales and Marketing at Verlo Mattress from June 2006 to August 2017, where responsibilities included coordinating marketing efforts and establishing collaborative campaigns with various local businesses. Additionally, Michelle worked as a Merchandising and Sales Coordinator at Fostiana from October 2006 to July 2017, creating sales plans and managing client relationships. Michelle earned a Bachelor's degree in Marketing with minors in the Legal Environment of Business and Media Studies from Penn State University.
