Brian Jackiw

Brian Jackiw is a seasoned attorney currently serving as a Partner at Tucker Ellis LLP since March 2020, specializing in representing unsecured creditors and official committees, as well as handling bankruptcy litigation matters. Previously, Brian held the position of Partner at Goldstein & McClintock LLLP from March 2015 to February 2020 and worked at Freeborn & Peters LLP from 2008 to March 2015 as an Attorney focused on Corporate Restructuring, Reorganization, and Creditors' Rights. Early in his career, Brian worked at Miltec Systems and Miltec Corporation in various capacities, including serving as a liaison for the government. Brian's military experience includes holding the rank of Lieutenant in the US Army. Educational qualifications include a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from the University of Illinois College of Law and a degree in Eastern European Studies from the United States Military Academy at West Point.
