Brian O'Neill

Brian O'Neill is an accomplished attorney with extensive experience in business law. O'Neill has served as a Partner at Tucker Ellis LLP since February 2012, previously holding the position of Chair of the Business Department from 2012 to 2018. O'Neill also served as Chair of the MetroHealth Foundation between May 2018 and May 2021. Prior to joining Tucker Ellis, O'Neill was a Partner at Ulmer & Berne LLP from 2000 to February 2012, where O'Neill was a member of the firm's Management Committee and chaired the Business/Tax Department from 2003 to 2011. O'Neill began a legal career at McDonald Hopkins, working as a Partner and a member of the Management Committee while chairing the Banking Group from 1990 to 2000. O'Neill holds a J.D., cum laude, from Cleveland State University - Cleveland-Marshall College of Law (1987) and a B.S. in Accounting from The Ohio State University Fisher College of Business (1983).
