Christopher Hewitt

Christopher Hewitt is a partner at Tucker Ellis LLP since January 2013, specializing in corporate and securities law matters for public companies, particularly in areas such as mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, and SEC compliance. Prior to this role, Christopher was a partner at Jones Day from October 1997 to December 2012, and served as an associate in the Mergers & Acquisitions group at Skadden Arps from October 1994 to October 1997. Christopher holds a Juris Doctor degree from Georgetown University Law Center, an MBA in Finance from Georgetown University McDonough School of Business, and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from The University of Toledo.
