Jennifer Mesko

Jennifer Mesko is a Partner at Tucker Ellis LLP, where since September 2011, representation of businesses in complex civil litigation has been a primary focus, particularly in class action defense related to insurance, consumer products, and data privacy. Prior to this role, Jennifer worked as an Attorney, engaging in complex civil litigation with an emphasis on class actions and pro bono representation in death penalty cases. Jennifer served as the Editor-in-Chief of the Case Western Reserve Law Review, overseeing a team of 43 student editors. Additionally, Jennifer has held internships at the Ohio Attorney General's Office, International Justice Mission, and Frederick Cox International Law Center, gaining experience in legal research, case strategy, and report production. Educational achievements include a Juris Doctor degree, summa cum laude, from Case Western Reserve University School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Integrated Philosophy from Wheaton College.
