Joe Koncelik

Joe Koncelik serves as a Partner at Tucker Ellis LLP, where Joe chairs the Environmental and Renewable Energy Group and offers significant expertise in environmental law, drawing on experience as a former Director, Assistant Director, and Chief Legal Counsel for the Ohio EPA. At Tucker Ellis LLP, Koncelik advises businesses on environmental law compliance, real estate transaction due diligence, and litigation. Prior to this role, Koncelik was a Partner at Frantz Ward LLP, focusing on federal and state environmental law, and served in the Ohio EPA where responsibilities included managing a large agency and substantial budget. Koncelik began his legal career in the Ohio Attorney General's Office, specializing in environmental enforcement. An alumnus of The Ohio State University, Koncelik holds both a Bachelor of Arts and a Juris Doctor in Political Science and Law.
