Kevin Young

Kevin Young is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in insurance coverage and commercial litigation. Currently a Partner in the Trial Group at Tucker Ellis LLP since May 2005, Kevin focuses on complex insurance coverage matters, including class actions against insurance carriers. Prior to this role, Kevin was a founding partner and Managing Partner at Brzytwa, Quick & McCrystal LLC from June 1994 to May 2005, specializing in insurance coverage and construction litigation. Kevin's legal career began at Benesch Friedlander Coplan & Aronoff, where a notable achievement included participating in a significant arbitration case in Geneva, Switzerland. Kevin holds a Juris Doctor degree (Cum Laude) from Case Western Reserve University School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and History from Syracuse University.
