Peter Rome

Peter Rome is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in business and tax law. Currently serving as a Partner at Tucker Ellis LLP since January 2020, Peter has a distinguished history at Ulmer & Berne LLP, where Peter held the position of Chair of the Business & Tax Practice, focusing on mergers and acquisitions, private equity, venture capital, and corporate finance from August 1984 to January 2020. Peter Rome earned a Juris Doctor degree with high honors from The George Washington University Law School (1981-1984) and a Bachelor of Arts degree, magna cum laude, in Economics and Political Science from Tufts University (1977-1981). Early education was completed at Hawken School (1964-1977).
