Scott Stitt

Scott Stitt is a Partner at Tucker Ellis LLP, where since August 2014, Scott has chaired the ERISA Litigation practice and the ESOP practice, in addition to serving as the Partner-in-Charge of the Columbus office. With extensive experience as lead trial counsel, Scott has represented a diverse client base, including corporations, ESOP and defined benefit plan trustees, physicians, medical practice groups, Fortune 500 companies, and individuals in complex class-action litigation and arbitration across multiple states, including Ohio, New York, Illinois, California, and more. Previously, Scott held the position of Counsel at James E Arnold & Associates from January 2008 to July 2014, where Scott became a Partner in 2010. Earlier career experiences include roles as an attorney at Clark Perdue Arnold & Scott and Shayne & Greenwald. Scott earned a JD from The Ohio State University Moritz College of Law (1998-2001) and a BA in Political Science from Boston University (1991-1995).
