Tod Northman

Tod Northman is a seasoned legal professional with significant experience in aviation and business transactions. As a Partner at Tucker Ellis LLP since August 2011, Tod focuses on mergers and acquisitions, private equity, and general corporate representation, serving clients including cargo conversion companies and financial institutions.
