Randi Rusk possesses extensive experience in operations management and customer service within the freight and transportation industry. Currently serving as the Manager of Afterhours Operations and Weekend Operations Manager at Tucker Freight Lines since February 2021, Randi previously held various leadership positions at Hirschbach from May 2014 to February 2021, including Director of Midwest Operations and OTR Operations Manager. Additionally, Randi's background includes a role as Family Care Coordinator at Families First Counseling Services of Iowa and Youth Counselor - Shift Lead at Four Oaks. Randi holds a Bachelor's degree in Social Work from Clarke University and has also studied at the University of Northern Iowa.
