Tucker Stone is a boutique HR Search Firm with a phenomenal collection of HR relationships. We specialise in senior level appointments across the vast range of specialisms within HR. Our clients range from Start-Ups looking for their first HR Director, to FTSE 50 companies with large & complex HR functions.
Our Search Partners are highly knowledgeable and have dedicated their careers to nurturing and developing their network.

Who we are

At Tucker Stone we encourage our Search Partners to hone their unique styles and relationships but we all feel a keen sense of pride and desire to be the best in the marketplace and recognise that we are strongest as a team. We share ideas, connections and relationships with one another to enable our candidates and clients to benefit from the entire Tucker Stone network.

What we do

We provide HR functional search expertise and can navigate the vast range of HR capability and skillsets that exist in companies of varying sizes and across all sectors.

We believe that senior-level HR skills and experience are highly transferable between sectors and we pride ourselves on finding synergies across the HR talent pool and encouraging industry mobility – as Search Partners we deliberately work across multiple sectors, so that we can continue to recognise opportunities for cross-pollination of industry and skillset.

Our candidates recognise the commitment and integrity of our Search Partners, and they reward us with their business and become our clients – it’s this organic growth of our network which enables to have such in-depth knowledge of our clients, and find them the best candidates.

We have honed our intuition to know who will thrive and succeed with whom. This ultimately means the way people communicate, build relationships, how they act and react in certain situations. It is these things that, time and time again, determine a successful Tucker Stone search and placement.
