Emilie MacFarlane

Emilie MacFarlane serves as the Chief Financial Officer at Tuckernuck since May 2019, bringing extensive financial expertise and leadership experience. Previously, Emilie founded ESM Worldwide, LLC, a consultancy focused on driving business growth and profitability from May 2017 to May 2019. Emilie's notable tenure at Lilly Pulitzer from June 2004 to April 2017 included roles such as Vice President of Financial Planning and Control, contributing significantly to the brand's expansion from $50 million to $250 million in revenue, and leading the Human Resources and Finance/Accounting functions during a period of rapid growth. Emilie also played a critical role in the sale of Lilly Pulitzer to Oxford Industries in 2010. Earlier career experiences include financial positions at Newell Rubbermaid, Ernst & Young, and Arthur Andersen. Emilie holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from the University of Richmond's Robins School of Business.
