David Couture

David Couture has extensive experience in business development within the electric utility industry, currently serving as Manager of Business Development at UniSource Energy since 1997. In this role, David manages a high-profile customer account team for all UNS Energy companies, including Tucson Electric Power Company and UNS Electric, and possesses comprehensive knowledge of distribution, transmission, generation, energy procurement, wholesale markets, and pricing. Prior to this position, David worked as a District Manager at Maytag Corporation from June 1991 to December 1996, overseeing wholesale marketing and sales of Maytag and Admiral appliances, along with directing the distribution system across various marketing channels. David holds a Bachelor of Arts in Marketing/Marketing Management from Arizona State University, completed in 1989.
