Dylan Bearce

Dylan Bearce is an experienced professional in energy resources operations, currently serving as Senior Director of Energy Resources Operations at Tucson Electric Power since October 2006, overseeing all generating assets. Prior roles at Tucson Electric Power include Director of Tucson Power Production and Energy Resources Training Manager, leading training activities and managing the EEI testing program. Prior to this, Dylan Bearce worked at Southern California Edison from January 2000 to 2006, holding positions as Plant Equipment Operator/Power Plant Mechanic A and High Voltage Electrician. Dylan holds a Bachelor of Science in Management/HR from Northern Arizona University and vocational training in electrical operations and mechanics from MCC and Edison International.
