Karen Kansfield

Karen Kansfield, MBA, currently serves as the Manager of Regulatory Services at Tucson Electric Power, a position held since November 2018. Prior to this role, Karen held the title of Energy Efficiency Program/Regulatory Lead at Ameren from April 2007 to November 2018. Additional experience includes serving as a Staff/Project Reviewer for the Illinois Health Facilities and Planning in the State of Illinois from 2005 to 2008, and as Regional Vice President of Business and Strategic Services at Provena Health from 2004 to 2005. Karen also worked at Advocate Health Care as Regional Vice President of Business Development from 2001 to 2004, and as Director of Planning, Marketing, and Public Relations at Silver Cross Hospital from 1995 to 2001. Karen holds an MBA from Olivet Nazarene University and a BS in Business Administration from Valparaiso University.
