Megan Garvey

Megan Garvey is a seasoned professional in environmental services and sustainability with extensive experience in both public and private sectors. Currently serving as the Senior Director of Environmental Services and Sustainability at Tucson Electric Power since July 2020, Megan previously held a range of significant roles at the US Environmental Protection Agency from 2018 to 2020, including Senior Counselor and Senior Advisor for Oil and Gas. Prior to this, positions included Manager of Regulatory Policy at QEP Resources and roles within the Colorado Air Quality Control Commission and Colorado Attorney General's Office. Megan's legal background includes serving as Associate Attorney specializing in environmental law. Educationally, Megan holds a JD with a focus on Environment and Energy Law from Chicago-Kent College of Law and a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Studies and Peace Studies from Loyola University of Chicago.
