Oluwatosin Akinsanya

Oluwatosin Akinsanya is an experienced Electrical Distribution Designer at Tucson Electric Power, focusing on residential electrical power distribution systems while utilizing AutoCAD and Bluebeam for technical construction drawings. Previously, Oluwatosin served as a Power Systems Engineer at Eaton, conducting power system studies for various sectors and performing extensive analyses using NFPA and IEEE standards. Prior internships included roles at G&W Electric Co. as an Applications Engineering Intern, where contributions improved quotation processes, and at Civiltech Engineering, Inc., assisting with critical government projects. Oluwatosin has also demonstrated leadership as an executive board officer with the National Society of Black Engineers and has experience in tutoring and collaborative music performance at Church on Fire International. Oluwatosin holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
