Tiana Skaggs, MBA, SHRM-CP, possesses a diverse background in employee and labor relations, as well as management within various organizational settings. Currently serving as a Transmission & Distribution Supervisor at Tucson Electric Power, Tiana has held multiple roles at the company, including Employee and Labor Relations Business Partner II and I. Additional experience includes leadership as the Director of Corporate Relations for the Eller Management Association at the University of Arizona - Eller College of Management, and positions as Front Desk Manager at Thrive: A Chiropractic Wellness Center and Transaction Manager at Farmers Real Estate LLC. Tiana is continuing education at Grand Canyon University and holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from the University of Arizona.
