Shaun McNamara

Shaun McNamara has extensive experience in user experience design and information delivery across a range of industries. Currently, as the Director of User Experience Design at Tuebora Inc since 2022, they are responsible for enhancing the user experience of Identity Access Management products and services. Before this, they served as the User Experience Design Lead at OakenDoor from 2003 onwards, providing design solutions for businesses of all sizes. Shaun also held the position of Principal User Experience Designer at RSA Security from 2015 to 2021, where they led and provided solutions for Identity-SecurID and Governance & Lifecycle products. Shaun has also held roles at PAREXEL, Deltek, Verizon Business, Metronome Magazine, Akorri, Azimuth Systems, and Pingtel, contributing to various aspects of user experience design and information management.

Shaun McNamara attended Northeastern University from 1991 to 1995, where they pursued a BA degree. During their time there, Shaun majored in English Literature and minored in Environmental Geology. In 2010, Shaun enrolled at Bentley University to obtain a User Experience Certificate, and their enrollment is currently ongoing as no end year is indicated.
