Brian Zimmerman

Brian Zimmerman has a strong background in facilities management. Brian is currently serving as the Director of Facilities at Tuerk House. Previously, they held the position of Director of Facility Engineering, Community Services & Schools at Sheppard Pratt from August 2020 to May 2022. Brian also gained valuable experience at Mosaic Community Services, where they worked in various roles such as Facilities Manager, Assistant Facilities Manager, Facilities Maintenance Supervisor, Lead Technician, and Senior Technician. Throughout their career, Brian has successfully implemented various training programs, managed budgets, supervised technicians, and maintained data in the CMMS system.

Brian Zimmerman, FMP obtained their Facilities Management Professionals Certification from IFMA in 2020 with a focus on Facilities Planning and Management. Brian also received the Facility Management Professional (FMP) certification from the International Facility Management Association in the same year.
