Cyril Scovens

Cyril Scovens currently serves as the Director of Clinical Services at TUERK HOUSE since February 2023 and as the Founder/President of CMS Institute of Addictionology, Inc. since December 2019. Cyril holds a Doctor of Philosophy in Psychology from Capella University, expected in April 2026, and previously earned a Master of Science in Addiction Counseling from Coppin State University in May 2022, along with a Bachelor of Applied Science in Substance Abuse/Addiction Counseling from the same institution in 2020. Additionally, Cyril completed an Associate of Applied Science in Chemical Dependency Counseling from the Community College of Baltimore County in 2011. Currently, Cyril is also pursuing a second Doctor of Philosophy in Advanced Studies in Human Behavior at Capella University.
