Michelle Lane

Michelle Lane has a diverse background in human resources and recruiting. Michelle currently serves as the Director of Human Resources at Tuerk House, where they oversee various HR functions and programs. Prior to that, Michelle worked as a Human Resources Generalist at Total Health Care, where they focused on recruiting medical providers. Michelle also gained experience as a Senior Physician Talent Acquisition Consultant at Children's National Hospital. In earlier roles, Michelle worked as a Recruiting Specialist at MedStar Visiting Nurse Association and as a Healthcare Recruiter at Fundamental Administrative Services. Michelle began their career as a Recruiter at Bank of America, where they managed internal and external candidates.

Michelle Lane attended Portland State University from 2010 to 2012, where they obtained a degree in Non-Profit Management with a field of study in Non-Profit/Public/Organizational Management. In addition, they also studied Professional Fundraising at Boston University from 2010 to 2011.
