Tuesday Coaching helps neurodivergent professionals and their loved ones build systems that honor how they naturally think, feel, and operate. Whether at work, in relationships, or at home, many traditional systems are built for neurotypical brains. We help you redesign them.

I’m Vivian, a certified life coach with 15+ years of client success experience across tech, academia, startups, and the arts. I bring lived experience of ADHD and autism, a research-informed approach, and a deep belief in honoring neurodivergent rhythms, needs, and communication styles.

My clients include professionals, creatives, and parents navigating burnout, mixed-neurotype dynamics, and the pressure to function in systems that weren’t designed for them.

Whether you’re navigating workplace challenges, career transitions, parenting as a neurodivergent adult, or simply want to stop masking and start aligning, I’m here to help you find your version of sustainable success.
