Cindy Douglas has over 25 years of experience in various management roles, primarily at Tuff Shed, Inc., where currently serves as the Director of Fleet & Contractor Operations. In this capacity, Cindy manages three programs and oversees a fleet of more than 550 units, including vehicles and equipment. Previous roles at Tuff Shed include Program Manager, Support Service Manager, and Information Technology Help Desk Supervisor, among others, where significant accomplishments include cost tracking for fleet management, process improvements, and employee training. Cindy also has experience in business development, having successfully opened and managed a retail call center. Prior to Tuff Shed, experiences included coaching and directing figure skating programs at the Saint Joseph Figure Skating Club and Outpost Ice Arena, emphasizing staff recruitment and program growth. Education includes studies at Araphoe Community College from 1998 to 2001.
