David Comeau

David Comeau is a technology professional with extensive experience in escalation engineering and technical support. At Tufin since April 2017, David has served as a Senior Escalation Engineer, specializing in deep-dive issue triage and product issue isolation for Technical Support and Professional Services teams across the Americas and APAC. Responsibilities have included evaluating product source code and contributing to knowledge transfer to Research and Development. Prior to this role, David worked as a Senior Technical Support Engineer, focusing on issue resolution for external and internal customers. David's earlier experience includes roles at Pomeroy as a UNIX/Storage System Engineer II, where tasks involved remediating OS issues and performing SAN administrative tasks, and at Applied Industrial Technologies as a Linux/AIX Systems Analyst, managing system diagnostics and server updates.
