Nina Nichols

Nina Nichols is an experienced professional in the field of technical support and cybersecurity, currently serving as the Vice President of Global Technical Support at Tufin since October 2014. In this role, Nina has implemented a tiered support structure, established a Global Customer Success program, and revamped the Renewals program. Previous positions at Tufin included Director of Global Support, Technical Services Manager for both the Americas and APAC regions, where Nina significantly expanded support teams and improved service level agreements. Earlier experience includes serving as Systems Administrator/Programmer at AutoLotManager.com/MPG Interactive and as a Network Consultant/Systems Administrator at OHIONET. Nina holds a degree from The University of Akron.
