Diane Vieira, FACHE, FHFMA, currently serves as the Senior Director of Patient Financial Services at Tufts Medicine, where leadership encompasses a team responsible for financial operations across a comprehensive health care delivery system. Prior experience includes roles as Director of Revenue Cycle and Director of Patient Accounts & Revenue Integrity at Lowell General Hospital, where Diane oversaw extensive operations and achieved significant improvements in claims processing. Additional experience spans management positions in both Medicaid policy analysis and fraud prevention at Tufts Health Plan, as well as health policy analysis for the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. Diane holds a Master's degree in Health Services Administration from the University of Massachusetts Lowell and dual Bachelor's degrees in Communications and Psychology from Boston University.
