Earlier roles include Director of Workforce Development at Brigham and Women's Hospital and Manager of Career Services at The Work Place, where Geoff developed career development services and community partnerships. Geoff's education includes a BS in Psychology from Northeastern University and master-level coursework in Psychology from UMass Boston.
