Geoff Vercauteren

Geoff Vercauteren serves as the System Director of Workforce Development at Tufts Medicine, focusing on building a sustainable, skilled, and diverse workforce aligned with organizational goals. With extensive experience in workforce development, Geoff previously held the position of Director of Workforce Development at Catholic Medical Center, managing programs and DEI initiatives, and served as Director of Healthcare Workforce Development for the Massachusetts Department of Higher Education, overseeing grant programs and coordinating actions across educational institutions. Earlier roles include Director of Workforce Development at Brigham and Women's Hospital and Manager of Career Services at The Work Place, where Geoff developed career development services and community partnerships. Geoff's education includes a BS in Psychology from Northeastern University and master-level coursework in Psychology from UMass Boston.
