Grace Hamilton

Grace Hamilton is a dedicated healthcare professional with extensive experience in patient care roles. Currently serving as a Patient Care Technician at Tufts Medicine since February 2023, Grace provides acute care to medical and surgical patients. Previously, as a Patient Care Associate at Spaulding Rehabilitation Hospital from June 2022 to February 2023, Grace supported patients in the Spinal Cord Injuries Unit. Grace also worked as a Certified Nursing Assistant at Oostermans Rest Home between May 2019 and May 2022, assisting residents with daily living activities and personal hygiene. Additionally, Grace gained research experience as a Research Assistant at Penn Medicine, where contributions included literature searches and content analysis that led to an abstract publication by The American Society of Clinical Oncology in July 2021. Grace holds a Bachelor's degree in Pre-Medicine/Pre-Medical Studies from the College of the Holy Cross, completed in 2022.
