Jennifer Henderson

Jennifer Henderson, MSIR, CCP, is currently the System Director Compensation & Employee Service Center at Tufts Medicine. Prior to this role, Jennifer served as the System Director Compensation at WVU Medicine, where Jennifer led strategic projects focusing on compensation initiatives. With a Master of Science in Labor and Industrial Relations/Human Resources, Jennifer has extensive experience in managing compensation programs, driving initiatives to improve systems, and providing comprehensive human resources support. Throughout their career, Jennifer has demonstrated expertise in compensation administration, talent acquisition, employee engagement, and compliance strategies.
