Michael Nickey

Michael Nickey has extensive work experience in the healthcare industry, with a focus on public payer strategy and managed Medicaid business. Michael has held various leadership roles, including Vice President of Public Payer Strategy at Tufts Medicine and Vice President of State Programs at Fallon Health. Michael has also worked as the Senior Service Line Marketing Manager at Boston Children's Hospital and as a Senior Market Advisor for Medicare and Medicaid at CVS Caremark Corporation. Additionally, they have experience in product strategy and management at Neighborhood Health Plan. Prior to their healthcare career, Michael worked as a Senior Environmental Health & Safety Scientist at Coherent, Inc. and a Manager at Medco.

Michael Nickey earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Environmental Science from Rutgers University, where they studied from 1991 to 1995. Michael then pursued a Master of Science degree in Environmental Science at the New Jersey Institute of Technology between 1995 and 1997. Continuing their education, Michael completed an MBA in Business Administration and Management, General at The Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth from 2001 to 2003.
