Olga Litvak

Olga Litvak is currently the System Director, Patient Experience at Tufts Medicine. With a background in service excellence and patient relations, Olga has held various leadership roles in healthcare organizations such as LogixHealth, Newton-Wellesley Hospital, Atrius Health, and Harvard Vanguard Medical Associates. Olga also has experience in management roles at Brigham and Women's Hospital, Mission Hospitals, and ProHealth Medical Center. Prior to their career in healthcare, Olga worked as a Software Engineer at Mattel, Inc. and in loan origination at Bank of America. Olga holds an MBA from Endicott College and a Bachelor's degree in Organizational Leadership from Thomas Jefferson University.
