William Phillips

William Phillips is an experienced professional with a strong background in training and education program development, particularly in the healthcare sector. Currently an Education Program Developer and EPIC Principal Trainer at Tufts Medicine, William oversees training classes for Prelude and Grand Central across various departments. Previously, as a Training and Quality Assurance Team Lead at Tufts Medical Center, William developed and implemented training programs for patient access and revenue cycle protocols. With a foundation in graphic design, William has also worked as a Graphic Designer at Jersey Champs LLC and PostNet, as well as held roles in admissions and insurance verification at Brigham and Women's Hospital and Tufts Medical Center. William holds a Bachelor of Arts in Graphic Design from Assumption University.
