Deepak Bhagia Msem

Deepak Bhagia MSEM, PMP, currently serves as the Assistant Director of ERP Services at Tufts University, where responsibilities include enhancing and maintaining Human Capital Management and Finance Applications. With extensive project management experience, Deepak has successfully implemented and upgraded multiple cycles in PeopleSoft and has delivered services that significantly improve organizational efficiencies across various functions. Prior to Tufts University, Deepak held managerial roles at PricewaterhouseCoopers, BJ's Wholesale Club, and BearingPoint, where responsibilities encompassed implementing and leading ERP enhancements in healthcare and retail sectors. Deepak began the professional journey as a Consultant at IMPATH Inc, developing a Clinical and Billing System. Academic credentials include a Master's degree in Engineering Leadership from Tufts University and a Bachelor's degree in Chemistry from Fergusson College.
