Helen Rose is an experienced technology professional with a strong background in IT support and management. Currently serving as the Associate Director of Client Support Services at Tufts University since May 2019, Helen oversees a team of 30 staff and manages critical IT operations across multiple campuses. Previously, Helen held various leadership roles at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, including Director of Information Infrastructure, where responsibility included implementing management solutions for desktop and mobile systems and expanding help desk services. With a career spanning over three decades, Helen has also worked as a Technical Director at RTS, INC, developing web solutions and providing internal technical support, and served in key roles at other organizations, including KAPOR ENTERPRISES, INC, and the Electronic Frontier Foundation. Helen earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Management Studies from Cambridge College.
