Iyassu Abraham Girma

Iyassu Abraham Girma is currently serving as an Incoming Breakthrough Fellow at Pfizer since March 2025, engaging in a six-year program to foster diverse leadership. Concurrently, Iyassu is a Student Consultant at 180 Degrees Consulting, focusing on market research and engagement strategies for non-profit organizations, including a menstrual equity initiative. As an Intramural Sports Coordinator at Tufts University, Iyassu supports inter-campus sports activities. Additionally, Iyassu holds the role of Product Manager at Generation Conscious, promoting sustainable laundry products for low-income college students. Past experiences include a Commercial Real Estate Intern at Project Destined, where Iyassu worked on real estate projects, and participation in PwC’s consulting development program as a PwC Extern. Iyassu is pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and International Relations at Tufts University, expected to graduate in May 2026, following an International Baccalaureate diploma from Sandford International School.
