Jessica Bates

Jessica Bates currently serves as the Associate Dean of Academic and Student Affairs at Tufts University, focusing on the growth of University College through the development and assessment of academic programs. Previously, Jessica co-founded Eloquentia Consulting, LLC, aiming to foster supportive and innovative organizational cultures. At Northeastern University, Jessica held multiple leadership roles, including Senior Director of Academic Support and Student Services, where significant achievements included launching two international campuses and enhancing student support services. Jessica's extensive experience also includes leadership positions at Saint Louis University, where responsibilities ranged from directing the University Honors Program to developing academic support services. Jessica holds a Ph.D. in Education Administration and advanced degrees in English and Women's Studies from Saint Louis University, along with a Bachelor's degree from Webster University.
