Karen Gratiano

Karen Gratiano is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in IT client engagement, educational programming, and instructional design. Currently serving as the Interim Director and Associate Director of IT Client Engagement and Experience at Tufts University since March 2015, Karen is a key leader in managing demand, portfolio, incident, and knowledge management within the IT department. Previous roles at Tufts include Assistant Director of IT Educational Programming and Community K12 COVID Testing Program Manager. Prior to Tufts, Karen held managerial positions at Ping Identity, Shawmut Design and Construction, and First Marblehead Corp, where significant contributions were made towards training infrastructure and educational best practices. Karen holds a BSE in Computer Engineering from Tufts University and an MEd in Instructional Design from UMass Boston.
