Melissa Kelly

Melissa Kelly is an experienced professional in faculty affairs and academic labor relations, currently serving as the Director of Faculty Affairs & Academic Labor Relations Officer at Tufts University since February 2016. Prior roles at Tufts include Associate Director of Faculty Affairs and Project Manager in Faculty Affairs for the School of Arts and Sciences. Melissa's earlier experience includes serving as the Faculty Affairs Officer at Tufts School of Dental Medicine, managing faculty-related matters and maintaining comprehensive faculty databases, and working as Communications Coordinator at Simmons College, where responsibilities included managing web content and overseeing faculty appointment processes.
