In 2010, they moved to Lullabot where they held the roles of Director of Product, Tugboat.QA, Technical Account Executive, Tugboat.QA, Development Manager, and Senior Developer. In 2020, they joined Tugboat as Director of Product and Technical Account Executive.

James Sansbury attended Southeastern University from 1998 to 2003, where they earned a Bachelor of Music in Guitar Performance.
