Tugi (means support in Estonian) is an innovative Canadian health-tech company creating AI solutions that empower caregivers to be their best. 

Our mission is to provide the presence, tools, and confidence family caregivers need to support their loved ones with clarity and peace of mind.

We are building Laine, an emotionally intelligent AI companion and care coordinator made specifically for caregivers.

Laine listens, encourages, and empowers as she truly understands the caregiving journey. She is also a professional care navigator that can help manage emails, documents, doctors and appointments that will help reduce the burden caregivers endure daily. 

In 2026 Laine will also connect directly with our smartwatch integration that is worn by the person receiving care. Laine tracks vitals, detecting falls, and providing GPS safety monitoring. Through intuitive dashboard, caregiver will receive a clear real-time picture of their loved one’s well-being.
