Previous roles within TuGo include Director of Engineering and Director of Enterprise Systems, where Gurinder led digital transformation efforts and shaped the company's strategic direction. With a solid foundation as a Software Developer at Travel Underwriters and the Federal Government's Department of Fisheries and Oceans, Gurinder pioneered e-commerce applications and contributed significantly to market growth. Gurinder's educational background includes a Postgraduate Diploma in Digital Business from Columbia Business School and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Computer Science from Simon Fraser University.
