Leo Chen

Leo Chen is a seasoned technology professional with extensive experience in engineering and software development. Currently serving as Principal Engineer at TuGo since October 2016, Leo drives innovative projects leveraging generative AI and oversees the design, deployment, and lifecycle management of software projects, while leading cloud migrations and mentoring junior engineers. Prior roles include Senior Software Developer at TuGo, Senior Technical Expert at Alibaba Group, R&D Section Manager at HP, Project Manager at IBM, Technical Systems Analyst at RBC, and Software Engineer at Bank of China. Leo holds a Master’s degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Ryerson University and a Bachelor’s degree in Automatic Control from Nanjing University of Science and Technology.
