Bethany Blackburn is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in strategic management and organizational development, currently serving as the Senior Strategy and Performance Manager at TUI since September 2015. In this role, Bethany supports the transformation of TUI Technology domain teams, focusing on financial reporting and operational excellence while driving engagement initiatives. Prior experience includes strategic project management for TUI Group’s hotel brands and experience as a Business Process Analyst for TUI Destination Experiences. Bethany holds a Master's Degree in Global Management from Antwerp Management School and a Bachelor's Degree in International Business Management with a French Language focus from the University of Northern Colorado, complemented by studies at several international institutions.
