Colin Thomas

Colin Thomas has a diverse work experience in the marketing and CRM field. Colin currently works as the Marketing Technology Team Lead at TUI since September 2021. Prior to that, they worked as the CRM Operations Manager at Trainline from May 2020 to September 2021, where they focused on developing multi-channel campaigns using Braze and wrote SQL scripts for targeting. Colin also has experience as a CRM Marketing Manager at Frasers Group from April 2019 to May 2020, where they planned and delivered CRM strategies and analyzed customer touchpoints. Before that, they worked as an Insights Marketing Manager at Logistics UK from December 2017 to April 2019. Colin's earlier roles include Data Manager, CRM Business Analyst, Senior Direct Marketing Executive, and Data Analyst at Cats Protection from 2010 to 2017.

From 2006 to 2010, Colin Thomas attended The University of Sheffield where they studied Mechanical Engineering.
