Garima Saxena is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in company secretarial roles, currently serving as Manager Company Secretariat and Whole Time Director, Legal Counsel & Company Secretary at TUI since March 2017. Previously, Garima worked as an Independent Practicing Lawyer at Delhi High Court and held various positions including Company Secretary at SPA Capital Services Ltd. and Compliance Officer at DSE Financial Services Limited.
