Petrus Boltjes

Petrus Boltjes is a seasoned professional in aviation engineering and procurement, currently serving as the Head of Procurement for Aviation Engineering and Maintenance at TUI since 2006. In this role, Petrus oversees a team dedicated to optimizing supplier management and securing cost-effective contracts for TUI Aviation's Engineering and Maintenance Department. Previously, Petrus worked as an Engineering Manager, managing engineering operations and ensuring continued airworthiness for airlines. Petrus began his career as a Systems Engineer at TUIfly Nordic after serving as Engineering Manager at European Executive Express. Educational credentials include a Master of Science in Aerospace from KTH Royal Institute of Technology, alongside specialized training in avionics, engines, and airframe theory from SAS Flight Academy.
