Will Prosser

Will Prosser has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Will started their career as a Grocery Assistant at Sainsbury's in 2005 and later worked as a Orders Clerk at NRG Direct Mail Ltd. In 2007, they took on multiple roles at Neilson Active Holidays, including Front of House Manager, Sous Chef, and Accounts Manager. Will also served as Team Leader at the Shropshire Horticultural Society during this time. In 2008, they worked as a Silver Service Waiter and Barman at Total Catering Solutions.

In 2010, Prosser joined Leeds University Union as a Promotions and Marketing Executive, followed by a role as Restaurant Manager at The Jephson Hotel from 2010 to 2011. Will then worked as a Financial PR Assistant at RLM Finsbury in 2011.

Prosser's career in the hospitality industry continued as they became the Restaurant Manager, Marketing and Strategic Business Development at Drapers Hall Hotel in 2012. During the same year, they also joined TUI as part of the Graduate Leadership Programme, where they had placements in multiple business functions. From there, their roles at TUI include Senior Online Merchandising Executive, Business Lead; Commercial Manager; Senior Commercial Manager; Senior Product Manager; Head Of Mobile Commercial, Marketing & Strategy; Head of Mobile; and Director of Mobile & Customer Account (Global). Will held the position of Director of Digital Marketing, CRM & Customer Analytics (UK&I) at TUI starting in July 2022.

Throughout their career, Prosser has shown a consistent ability to take on leadership roles and drive strategic initiatives. Will has experience in digital marketing, customer analytics, mobile app development, and cross-functional team management.

Will Prosser obtained a BA Hons (International) degree in Management from the University of Leeds from 2008 to 2012. In addition, they earned a Study Abroad Diploma in Management and Marketing from QUT (Queensland University of Technology) between 2010 and 2011. Will also holds a 1MM Mentoring Certificate of Achievement from One Million Mentors, obtained in 2023.
