Alison Fischer

Alison Fischer has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and industries. Alison'smost recent position was as the Senior Director of Partner Success at Tuition.io, a role they began in October 2022. Prior to that, they were a Founding Member of The Outlier Project, a private membership community focused on talent strategy innovation.

Alison also worked at Sterling, where they served as the Head of Client Success, Gig. In this role, they led a team of 10 Client Success Managers and Associates and managed a $25M strategic portfolio in the gig and on-demand industry. Alison collaborated with various internal stakeholders to deliver exceptional service and bring new technology to clients.

Before joining Sterling, Alison held the position of VP of Talent Strategy at SomethingNew LLC. During their tenure, they provided advisory services to high-growth startups and SMBs and taught them how to achieve sustainable growth.

Earlier in their career, Alison worked at O'Sullivan Communications in various leadership roles. Alison was the VP of Operations and Client Success, where they focused on delivering excellent customer experiences and managing teams across multiple industries. Alison also served as the VP of Client Success, overseeing client onboarding, retention, and growth. Additionally, they were a Senior Director of Accounts, leading a department during a period of company restructuring.

Alison Fischer holds a Bachelor's Degree from the University of Vermont in Art History and French. Additionally, they have obtained certification as a Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) from the Scrum Alliance in September 2022.
